Ukraine Misery 2022 makes an excellent case study for the development of the ArtNeuform💥 Worlds’ Micro-Communities’ Psycho-Sociological Solution based on specified activity-based sociological groupings: these sociological groupings need to be (very) small and activity focused, *NOT ONLY* in relation to geographical territory, as is the current Ukrainian/Russian military conflict: the sociological groupings within the Ukraine could be decided on what/how people are doing “work” in the physics sense, rather than by nationalist, ethnic or language system, sociocultural histories, sentiment, or political affiliations, etc. Direct-Democracy within each circumscribed activity-context would decide governance rule-system, applying the one thirds/two thirds rule (ie 1/3 agreement to remove an existing rule: 2/3 agreement to place a new rule) for optimal structural functional (constructiive) rule application efficacy (ie Efficacy = effectiveness × efficiency (ref below)). Note that information technology (IT&AI) wherewithal properly utilized obviates the instrumental functions of language for activity-goal realization, and indeed, the proposed ArtNeuform💥 (ref www.artneuformind.com) solution, or optimal workability/efficacy, is dependent entirely on state of the art Information Technology/AI science & related realtime applied technology: as Technocratic Constructive Functionalism (TCF).

The ArtNeuform💥 sociological solution is based on Activity Theory (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Activity_theory ), positing through empirical research, that very similar cognition is required (ie to be most usefully *efficient* ie accuracy ÷ speed = efficient problem-solving wrt activity-goal (&subgoals) attainment) to undertake certain specific activities given the nature of the “work” involved in these activities: sociological groupings can focus around the functional realities of activities; therefore their Construction (Structure) follows Function, and Technocratic (not Representative Democratic, nor Nationalist, Kleptocratic, Russian, Slavic, Communist, Ukrainian, Imperialist, etc for eg) is related to whatever “works” best for getting the job or activity done (ie activity-goal attainment) most *effectively*; ie activity-goal completion within specified micro-sociological activity contexts, with Least Harm ensuing for all activity-context contributors/actors.
In this cognitive-sociology, one individual Homo sapiens will co-exist in multiple activity contexts, both over time and simultaneously, within a technological proprioceptive affordance environment (context), shared by, and essentially interdependent with, other Homo sapiens similarly technologically augmented.
Where physical presence is a required condition of the Activity Context, situated territorial (geographic) presence is also necessarily required. For healthy family functioning and child-rearing, basic personal physical care, physical needs, such as sleep, exercise, and leisure and any other activity related to typical Homo sapiens’ embodiment process needs, the individual Homo sapiens, and related activity-group/context, would require specified and consistent geographical situatedness.
However, many other activity contexts are virtual/robotic, and actors within these contexts can be geographically situated anywhere, without disturbing their activity-context process. Geographically situated activity-contexts are but one of many other virtual/robotic activity-contexts, that interact in realtime with every other possible kind of activity-context. Urie Bronfenbrenner’s (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ecological_systems_theory ) conceptual modeling of Human (cognitive) Ecology is here usefully integrated with Activity Theory.
Importantly, childrearing and offspring progination (NB💥Note: declining birthrates worldwide need to be reversed for optimal WellBeing efficacy in the ArtNeuform💥TCF Communities vis-à-vis the discussion in this article) would be essential to ensure that ArtNeuform💥TCF Micro-Communities operated at *optimal efficacy*: while technocratic in orientation, ArtNeuform💥TCF is *essentially focused on the enhancement of Homo sapiens’ WellBeing*, both as a broad ~8 billion strong collective enitity, composed of smaller group units, as well as ~8 billion individual Homo sapiens, all striving (as activity-contexts: nb💥 the embodied individual Homo sapiens is an activity-context per se, and meets criteria per definitions posited here in this article) towards steady Enlighteningment process, towards Optimal WellBeing (Optimal Activity Context Efficaciousness), as a collectively embodied, activity-goal directed biological species, complexly co-developing inter-functionally, & interdependently, with co-developing technological affordance enhancement and augmentation (environments): in effect, the Micro-Communities and their laced inter-relatedness across planet Earth (or multiple-planets) would function together with Homo sapiens’ (&other (derived, though perhaps not all(?)) intelligent biological life forms, in time) proto&neo-cortical neuropsychological wherewithal as panindividual, integrative Tertiary Cortex (inclusive of robotic proprioceptive augmentation) to *Collective Homo sapiens*, conceptualized here, as a *unitary organism*, composed of individuals, naturally changing over time, and evolving through TCF Directed-Evolution to optimal WellBeing form, within nested, mutually-interdependent activity-contexts: ie Optimal Enjoyment, as a collective, experienced individually, and not Misery; both collectively, and as individual, WellBeing Reality!
Issues of power relations between Homo sapiens (the Expressive Order (only in part power relations, mostly, *honour* related)) in typical “chimpanzee fashion” (primate ethology), are relegated secondary and primitive, and understood to potentially interfere with the end goal of the work-related activity: ie the goal-directed activity (the Practical Order). Both Orders necessarily exist in any social animal environment: however, importantly, the former becoming sharpened over time, where Homo sapiens’ conceptual thinking directs goal-activity along with instinctive primary ethological, limbic driven ideation, as realworld action.
Where goal-directed activities are not of the practical order, but rather of the expressive order, there could be a higher order level cognitive monitoring of the dialogical processes between the individual Homo sapiens, in whatever chosen mode of communication, eg speaking, or digital media, written, video, and so on, to ensure that this *communication* (ie delivery of *mutual information exchange* via conceptual discourse, language being but one, interchangeable component of conceptual communication; activity-contexts rely on conceptual solutions for optimal efficacy, not only linguistic; the latter is an interchangeable communication tool/vehicle for articulating and organizing conceptual processes involved in context-goal activity; as a multichannel vehicle of information exchange, optimal communication structures/constructions/configurations facilitate optimal functional efficacy; it channels the optimally useful striving by all actors within the activity-context, towards optimal goal-completion efficacy) is not interfering in goal-directed activity; where expressive order, self-interest biased motive might derail smooth practical order delivery for the context specific goal (as interpersonal/collective WellBeing activity, with co-existing, mutually individual benefit, naturally, and necessarily, of course).
In the Ukraine Misery 2022 activity-context, we see the dangerous intrusion of the expressive order as Machismo Gangsterism, Kleptocracy, Dictatorship, Totalitarianism, Autocracy, Imperialism (eg, Russian, Western, Chinese), Republicanism, Woke Expectation of individual specialness and its protection, Inalienable Democatic Rights rhetoric & its a priori protection requirement at all costs, Free Democracies Protectionism, Neo-Nazism, Russian Fascism, Old World Colonial Nationalism, Neo-Colonialism (self-serving market creation & trade infiltration), Competitive Nationalism (eg, National Accomplishment Pride – Russian Winter Olympics 2014), Neoliberalism (purporting democracy protectionism, but a share of Ukranian oil/gas/wheat, and other resources, the true aim), amid the threat of global nuclear war – ie *Contagious Misery*, occurring under our international noses, as contagious as Covid, but this time, definitively so, not psychotically misunderstood, but *lethal!* in reality! in the Ukraine. For this reason the unfettered, unconscious, misdirected, unknowing intrusion of the Expressive Order in Ukraine’s Misery 2022 is *DANGEROUS IGNORANCE* (not simply ignorance of useful application of action for activity-goal attainment, as is expected in all goal-attainment process through learning/failure cycles) and in ArtNeuform💥 parlance, considered *EVIL*!!
EVIL is Ignorance that is *dangerous for the survival of Homo sapiens as a collective*, or, in other words, a threat to the very existence of activity directed to bring into being, WellBeing Co-Creation. It is Ignorance that threatens the existence of the presence of The Greater Good per se, as annihilation of the Practical Order per se, complete removal/debilitating injury to WellBeing Activity for Collective Striving per se, and thereby, Individual Potentialities; and, in turn, WellBeing Identity, as ExperienceOfSelf.
EVIL is utter nihilism of the WellBeing Drive by dint of Dangerous Ignorance. It requires non-existence at best, complete avoidance, and active non-inclusion, to never go there, as it were, at almost all costs, as understood by ArtNeufor🌟Mind💥💥!! Severe activity penalty based on the natural reward/punishment interaction cycles (ie positive & negative reinforcement & relatedly, feedback loops, pleasure/pain outcomes, for eg & etc) within each context-goal activity essential to promote the avoidance of EVIL. At worst, Least Harm methods would have to be forceably allied to arrest the threat of global destruction through nuclear war, sanctions certainly, but key leadership assasination would also be Least Harm tactic, preserving the requirement of The Greater Good, as a priori necessity, and certainly least Harm considering the WellBeing ratio of a few hundred/thousand or so sociopathic/despotic mobsters in relation to ~8 billion well intentioned, emotionally healthy Homo sapiens. It’s quite simple really! That is, the management of EVIL is an activity-context goal in and for itself, and requires activity-context specific cognition, directing activity-context behaviour: consequences would be Least Harmful, all said, if follow up activity-context goals were both effective and efficient in their delivery, as efficacy; no different from any other goal directed activity-context!
Hyperbolic concerns of individual human rights, or privacy, must be waived given potential destruction of an entire biosphere, as another crucial activity-context, ie its activity-goal, to support varied life forms! Functionality never has nor ever will imply structures that support human and privacy right ubiquity! In the current dangerous circumstances, ratios of private versus public activity-related discourse, for example, would need to be specially structurally/constructively modulated, but, importantly, so too for any sociological optimisation for context specific activity-goal attainment; the relation of public to private discourse necessarily shifts, so too with human rights: the ideas in this article can be replaced for any sociological activity-context goal optimisation, on any planet, at any time, as said; by any neuropsychological affordance, biological (eg, Homo sapiens) or technological (eg, AI/AGI) conducting “work” as activity-goal context.
For the most part, if there is a self-interest bias, then it could be elucidated and made clear at the higher order level (eg, AI monitoring (AGI, eventually), other people, and the individual themselves (meta-dialogue: thinking about ones thinking, talking to ones self about ones private or public talk), and the objectives of its presence, its contribution to the work activity-context, and its goal completion, explicated: for example, if work becomes drudgery and boring and unpleasant and not able to be relegated to machines that would perform that kind of work, the Homo sapiens involved would need to enjoy themselves, and have fun and some kind of limbic reward that is not purely a function of achieving the goal, then leisure time etc, as activity-goal/context in and for itself, can be activated, of course. Here is a good example of two (ie gainful economy; leisure) co-existing, complexly interactive activity-contexts operating synergistically, as two cogs in a TCF WellBeing machine, if you like, as TCF WellBeing Reality Co-Creation Mechanism. This WellBeing synergy as activity-goal contextual mechanism would serve as implicit meta-goal for all activity-contexts, as macro-contextual discourse, as cognitive template.
This said, & furthermore… Enjoyment is a complex psychological reality! and is discussed as solution in relation to Misery throughout this short article; goal-directed activity will become more intrinsically enjoyable once the individual interpolates an ArtNeuform💥TCF discourse/narrative as identity template: ie, the individual Homo sapiens would tend to enjoy themselves given the fact of THAT narrative – the ArtNeuform💥TCF narrative per se is the template through which they understand their own “enjoyment”, and thereby “experience enjoyment”, as with all possible narrative templates: The sovereign, democratic, nationalist template to boot! Or Eastern Block balance of power requirement at all costs, or else… narrative! Or Mobster Kleptocratic! Or Autocratic! Or Powerful Leader of Powerful Imperialist People! Or Russian Fascist! Or Freedom Fighting for Freedom’s sake at all costs! Or Western Imperialist Freetrade & Autonomy! Ensuring the Greater Good for all! Etc!
Significantly, research shows that enjoyment and happiness are far less related to the intrinsic nature of whatever any person is doing, but rather to their narratives and expectation templates, and relatedly, the dialogue of the discourse to themselves and to those around them, which always becomes interpolated experience, about the relative happiness of The Activity. So happiness is done in retrospect, neuropsychologically speaking, through a cognitive template, as appraisal, and not in relation to the actual activity, or to the actual physiological experience per se (unless intrusive pain, and even then pain is understood through the same WellBeing template – “meaningful suffering”, as Viktor Frankl might say). These ideas are central to an ArtNeuform💥 understanding of all WellBeing, ie Enjoyment/Happiness as WellBeing Reality (activity-goal attainment) versus Misery (activity-goal failure) and related ArtNeufor🌟Mind💥💥 cognitive template.
Balance of power politics (eg, 20th century Cold War, present Ukrainian conflict) is not sociologically sustainable into the 21st century, as is a fossil fuel driven economy, by metaphor – though, importantly, the former, the expressive order, the latter, the practical order, both sides of a complexly interactive coin of WellBeing value, so to speak. Security Ideology versus Gainful Economy narrative templates are frighteningly brought into clearest salience in Ukraine’s Misery 2022, revealing desperately primitive Homo sapiens’ footprint, in both its process and non-solution. Sickeningly primitive!
Balance of power politics is an ancient ideology based on very primitive ethological chimpanzee groupings, fighting one across a gorge from the other; the same for meerkats, a highly cooperative animal, groups still in rivalry, but less destructively. Our chimpanzee genetic compatriots, Homo sapiens ten times closer than rats to mice by genome, are far more aggressive, and cannibalistic: a third of all male chimpanzees are killed by other male chimpanzees (and eaten) in geographical territorial battles: this is clearly primitive: Ukraine’s Misery 2022 is similarly primitive! This same kind of aggressive zero sum gain, winner takes all, sociological territorial grouping “solution” plays out amongst primitive Homo sapiens’ clans, then bigger tribal clashes (eg, Genghis Khan), then overtime, these groupings have become bigger and bigger (WW1&2), eventually into the balance of power blocks we see in the 21st century! Most unfortunately, and catastrophically problematic, the global social systems/geo-politics 2022, planet Earth, including the moribund Russian bureaucracy (individually interpolated, social control/non-updating/dysfunctional/hostage-holding rule-system from Czarist antiquity & Stalin) and rightistic (individually interploated, social control as righteous inaction, for fear of being wrong/judged & losing favour/votes/God) Western narratives, have allowed Putin’s violent psychopathy (replete with freshly honed hypersonic nuclear arsenal ready in waiting, an emotionally crippled child’s toy weapons, wreaking fantasy vengeance on his cruel, abandoning parents, projected as the West, and mostly particularly, America, AND the “unclean, little” Russian people…, um🙄, as will an attachment disordered psychopath!!
